These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Noori Sewing LLC website, the Noori Sewing Mobile App, and related tailoring, alteration, product, and customer-support services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. About Noori Sewing

The Services are operated by Noori Sewing LLC. Noori Sewing provides sewing, tailoring, alteration, garment-related products, customer communication, and related services. Specific products and services available through the app or website may vary over time.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, submitting measurements, or contacting us. If the app provides account credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity carried out through your account, except where unauthorized activity results from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

You must not use the Services to violate applicable law, impersonate another person, interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or misuse another user's information.

3. Tailoring Orders and Customer Measurements

When you request a tailored garment or alteration service, you may be asked to provide measurements, garment preferences, fabric or style selections, reference information, and other order details. You are responsible for reviewing information you submit and notifying us of errors as soon as reasonably possible.

Tailoring is a made-to-measure process. Final appearance, fit, color, fabric texture, and dimensions can vary within reasonable manufacturing and material tolerances. Where an order requires a fitting or measurement confirmation, we may request additional information before completing the work.

4. Products, Services, Prices, and Availability

Product descriptions, photographs, colors, specifications, prices, availability, estimated completion times, and service offerings may change. Images are provided for presentation and may not reproduce the exact color, texture, or appearance of a physical material on every screen.

Unless a price is expressly stated as fixed, a quotation or price communicated for a custom service may depend on the final design, materials, measurements, alterations, delivery requirements, and other agreed specifications.

5. Orders and Confirmation

An enquiry, quotation request, cart submission, or message does not necessarily create a completed order. An order is considered accepted when Noori Sewing confirms the order and any required payment, deposit, measurement, or specification requirements have been completed.

We may decline or cancel an order where information is materially incomplete, a requested product or material is unavailable, a technical or pricing error occurred, or another legitimate reason prevents us from fulfilling the request. Where applicable, we will communicate the cancellation and any refund process required by law or the agreed order terms.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms, deposits, balances, accepted payment methods, and refund conditions may be provided during the order process. For custom-made or personalized products, refund or cancellation rights may be affected by the stage of production and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

7. Delivery, Collection, and Completion

Where delivery or collection is offered, estimated dates are provided in good faith and may depend on materials, production time, fitting requirements, third-party delivery services, and other circumstances. We will communicate material delays where reasonably practicable.

8. Customer Content

You retain ownership of photographs, measurements, messages, designs, or other content you submit, subject to any rights you separately grant to us to provide the requested service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit content and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

You grant Noori Sewing a limited right to use submitted information and content only as reasonably necessary to provide, manage, secure, support, and improve the requested Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Noori Sewing name, logo, branding, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, software, and other original materials provided by Noori Sewing are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for their intended personal or business purpose, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our protected materials without authorization.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, authentication, analytics, communications, delivery, or other functions. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. If you create an account through the app, account and personal-data deletion requests are described on the Data Deletion page.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Services available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, network problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Prohibited Activities

• attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app, website, accounts, or systems;
• introducing malware, harmful code, or disruptive traffic;
• using another person's account or personal information without authorization;
• misusing the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
• copying or exploiting protected Noori Sewing content without permission; or
• interfering with the security, availability, or normal operation of the Services.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noori Sewing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services where such liability can lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections or liability for fraud or other matters for which limitation is prohibited by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our Services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use of the Services after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

16. Account Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. If you have an account and the app provides an account-deletion function, you may request deletion through the app or through our Data Deletion web resource.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, prevent abuse or fraud, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.
